Child fares are calculated at 67% of the applicable
adult IATA/DGCA fare. Infant fares are calculated

only on routings to HKG from/to BOM only. (DEL-BKK
v v is not permitted). Open jaw between BOM and
DEL is permitted. |

Passengers must have confirmed reservations
prior to issuance of ticket/s. Space is subject

Partly used tickets are non-refundable. For
fully unused tickets, normal refund procedure

Requests for hotel will be processed within
1 working day. |

Date change for hotel stay is NOT permitted
once hotel reservation is confirmed. Hotel stay
will be forfeit if travel date changed after hotel
reservation is confirmed. |

Tickets must be issued a minimum of 3 days
prior to the intended date of departure. |

Child / Infant not eligible for separate room.
A maximum of 3 persons is allowed per room. |

Passengers can check in at the hotels directly
with their CX boarding pass and passport. |

In compliance with the legal requirement in
Hong Kong, passengers under 18yrs of age must
be accompanied by an adult in the same room for
the duration of stay; otherwise, the hotel offer
will be forfeited. |

Check in time for hotel is 1400hrs HKT, and
check out time is 1200hrs HKT. Request for early
check in and check out should be made upon arrival
at the hotel and granting of such a request will
be at the sole discretion of the hotel. |

There is no mileage accrual for hotel stay.
Mileage accrual for flights depends on fare rules
associated with the applicable fare and booking
class. |

Only 1 single day entry pass is available to
each passenger. |

Park ticket will be made available at the hotel
and has to be collected by the passenger upon
check in. |

Use of the hotel room and other land components
of the package are subject to further terms and
conditions of the respective service providers.

Any passenger, who chooses not to use or has
forfeited any land component, is not entitled
to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific.

Hotel cancellation charges will apply if cancelled
within 3 working days prior to arrival. Cancellation
