•While travelling in coach, we follow a strict Seat Rotation Policy which all participants have to adhere to. (except prime seats).
•Hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability.
•Vehicles in hilly terrain/stationary position will run as Non-AC.
•The Chardham sites (Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath) are situated in the Himalayan region, where the terrain is rugged and challenging.
•The Chardham Yatra is seasonal. Due to this, accommodations and facilities operate only during the
pilgrimage season.
•Hotels in this region have very basic facilities compared with other developed regions. Don’t expect
high-end amenities or luxury stays like you would find in metropolitan cities or developed hill stations.
•Accommodation at Kedarnath stay in one room on a 4-sharing / 6-sharing basis.
•Facilities are focused on meeting the basic needs of pilgrims and supporting the spiritual purpose of
the journey.
•Focus on Pilgrimage: These are primarily religious destinations, and the focus is on spiritual experience rather than luxury tourism.
•While the facilities may not match developed destinations, the experience of the Chardham Yatra lies in its simplicity, spiritual significance, and breathtaking natural beauty. Proper preparation and setting realistic expectations can make the journey fulfilling and memorable.
•Please note that, under unavoidable circumstances itineraries may be changed or reversed, however all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same or similar.
•We operate all the tours that we launch, however in some cases the total number of bookings fall below our prescribed minimum operating capacity, in such cases we give the option to accommodate or merge the tour with other available date/tours. You may also opt for our customized packages in such cases, services like group games, group activities, Entry Tickets, Meals, tour leader etc. may or may not be provided.
