•Only postpaid mobile connections work in the Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh region.

•For few departures date we may opt flights from Mumbai Airport, in that case Complimentry transfer from Pune to Mumbai Airport and return transfers will be arranged by Girikand Travels from the designated pickup point on Sharing Basis.
•While travelling in coach, we follow a strict Seat Rotation Policy which all participants have to adhere to. (Except prime seats).
•Hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability.
•Extra Adult /Child with Mattress will be provided Mattress and only one per room.
•Girikand do not provide meal service during To & Fro Air travel, Train travel, Bus travel or during transit halt.
•Please note that, under unavoidable circumstances itineraries may be changed or reversed, however all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same or similar.
•Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
•In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to situations out of control, weekly closure, no refund will be possible against underutilized service.
•Direct flights are not assured for this tour. The best available flight option will be arranged. Guests wishing to travel by direct flight may do so by paying the applicable fare difference.
•Ex Mumbai / Pune generally we block group PNR on special fares, in that case web checkin, boarding pass, Seats Selections are not in our hand. Airlines may distribute the seats randomly.
•We operate all the tours that we launch, however in some cases the total number of bookings fall below our prescribed minimum operating capacity, in such cases we give the option to accommodate or merge the tour with other available dates/tours. You may also opt for our customized packages in such cases, services like group games, group activities, Entry Tickets, Meals, tour leader etc. may or may not be provided.
•The booking of GONDOLA RIDE TICKETS IS BOOKED ONLINE AND IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
The reservation slots opening depends upon Jammu & Kashmir Cable Car Corporation schedule. As the bookings on this site are done from all over India, it is possible that some guest may not get Gondola tickets. We are trying to get the ticket for guest till the last minute, if not, Guest may enjoy alternate sightseeing or Guest will be refunded amount of Rs. 800/- Per Person of the Gondola ticket.
•Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE.
